Tianying Used Bus Announces Christmas Promotion as Overseas Demand Rises for Affordable Coaches
As the year edges toward its final stretch, China’s second-hand bus market is showing the kind of energy normally seen in the weeks before the spring shipping rush. One exporter in particular—Tianying Vehicle Sales Co., LTD, known abroad simply as Tianying Used Bus—has sparked extra attention with a Christmas promotion that has already created a noticeable jump in inquiries from long-time African and Middle Eastern clients.
Instead of launching some complicated, hard-to-understand holiday program, Tianying kept it refreshingly simple: a buyer pays only USD $500 upfront to reserve a vehicle, and that same $500 comes right off the final invoice. No point-based gimmicks. No conditions buried in fine print.

According to one of the sales managers, the company also prepared a stack of practical gifts—tires, filters, small electronics, even the occasional electric kettle or phone accessory—because many repeat customers had mentioned how much they appreciated the small tokens included in previous years. “It’s not about the dollar value,” the manager said. “Sometimes a free spare tire saves them trouble on their first long trip home.”
That seems to be part of the reason this year’s promotion is gaining traction faster than expected.
A Closer Look at the Used Buses Drawing Interest This Season
Rather than arranging their stock into neat corporate categories, Tianying’s yard feels more like a living snapshot of the routes these vehicles once served—different colors, window arrangements, and door layouts scattered across the lot. Below are some of the units that are attracting the most early attention, described not as a rigid catalog but more as they appear on the ground.
The 2004 Toyota Coaster in khaki—priced at 55,000 RMB—still has that familiar “Toyota sturdiness” to it. Operators who run small tourism businesses in East Africa often ask for Coasters specifically because of their durability and the ease of sourcing replacement parts. The two-tone khaki and yellow-white paint gives away its original service role, but mechanically the bus still holds up well.

Nearby sits a 2011 Yutong ZK6122, a white-and-blue 55-seater that stands slightly taller than other units around it because of its air-suspension system. It runs on a Yuchai Euro III engine and is listed at 105,000 RMB. The windshield is clean—something buyers always check first—and the roofline still carries its original luggage rack.
One of the most practical “value buys” on the lot is the 2012 Yutong ZK6127 with 59 seats. It’s a gold-colored model priced at 80,000 RMB, and it comes with full paperwork, working AC, double doors, and a through-luggage compartment. The flooring shows normal use, but nothing that would raise eyebrows for a vehicle of its age.
Slightly offset to the side of the lot is a red Yutong 6127, a 55-seater without air-conditioning. At 90,000 RMB, it appeals mainly to operators in countries where AC is either unnecessary or too expensive to maintain. The steel suspension gives it a sturdier ride, and while the interior has seen some service, it’s by no means in poor shape.

Another white Yutong—this one a 57-seat single-door version from 2012—sits a few rows back. With a Yuchai engine and a tall cargo compartment, it’s listed at 88,000 RMB and is regularly requested by buyers who transport workers to mining sites or industrial areas.
Further down the yard, two mid-size blue buses catch the eye: the used Yutong 6932 and the preowned Higer 6935, both from 2014 and both 28-seaters, priced at 68,000 RMB each. The difference between them is simple: the Higer has AC; the Yutong does not. Buyers who operate in cooler regions often opt for the non-AC version simply because maintenance is easier.
The 2008 Toyota Hiace diesel—a white 15-seater at 120,000 RMB—continues to be one of the most requested small-capacity vehicles in the yard. Hiace vans have a following of their own, from airport shuttle operators to private school owners.
A Yutong ZK6121, a 65-seater with AC and dual doors, sits at the edge of the lot priced at 110,000 RMB. It lacks a luggage rack but is otherwise a reliable pick for heavy passenger turnover.

For mid-size route operators, the 2013 Yutong 6109, priced at 90,000 RMB, offers a Euro IV Yuchai engine, AC, and a through-luggage compartment. Its 10.5-meter length makes it easier to use in towns where narrow roads can be a daily obstacle.
Next to it are several blue Golden Dragon 6122 units, all 68-seaters without AC and priced at 80,000 RMB. They share the same general condition, since they were originally part of a single fleet before being auctioned.
On the opposite side of the yard stands a 2014 Higer 6115, a clean white 57-seater with AC and a sturdy presence. It’s listed at 85,000 RMB and tends to move quickly once operators from Zambia or Tanzania begin placing orders.
The Yutong 6120 (2011, 51 seats), priced at 75,000 RMB, features air suspension and a full-length luggage bay—features that make it more attractive to tourism-focused buyers.

Smaller budget-friendly units are also present, including a Higer gasoline 6540 at 24,000 RMB, a 2019 Jinbei Haise at 32,000 RMB (with a cracked windshield but otherwise in good shape), and a 2014 Zhongtong 6909 at 80,000 RMB.
Finally, another Yutong 6127 in white and blue, a 51-seater priced at 82,000 RMB, rounds out the current stock.
Why Overseas Buyers Are Moving Quickly This Year
Speaking with export customers over the past two months, one theme keeps coming up: budget stability. Many operators across Africa and Asia are planning early for 2025 because they don’t want to repeat the uncertainty of the past three years.
Shipping prices have finally stabilized. Local routes are filling up again. Some governments are renewing transport contracts. And used buses remain the most cost-effective way to expand quickly.
Tianying’s Christmas promotion falls right into that window—straightforward, timely, and free of complications.

About Tianying Used Bus
For overseas transport companies, buying used vehicles isn’t simply a matter of choosing the cheapest unit. Export paperwork, inspection videos, condition honesty, loading schedules, and reliable port coordination all matter.
Tianying Vehicle Sales Co., LTD has built its business around exactly those points. The company has sold used buses to customers in more than 100 countries, and many buyers return yearly because they know the condition they see in the videos is the condition that reaches their port.
